If you are in South Africa, use the Order Form and contact PPSA directly.

What is an eBook?
The term eBook stands for electronic book. It is basically a book that can be read on your PC or palm device.

What do I need to read an eBook?
All of the eBooks in this website are in PDF format. For books of this type you will need adobe acrobat reader. You will probably already have this on your PC. If not you can download it free from www.adobe.com

How will my eBook be delivered?
A download link will be sent to your email address.
If your have ordered a physical product (e.g. DVD or CD) it will be posted to you.

Will I require any additional software?
Your eBooks will be delivered in either PDF or zip (compressed) format.
You will need WinZip to extract zipped files. Again you will probably have this already on your PC. If not download it free from www.winzip.com.

My eBook has not arrived?
If you do not receive your the link for your eBook check your spam/trash folder. It will probably be there. If not make sure you adjust your spam filter settings then contact us.
